5.2 Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer).
5.3 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

We strive to maintain 99 % uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or emergency downtime may occur. We will notify users of material interruptions where possible.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by closing the account. Upon termination:
11.1 The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits.
11.3 Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid during the previous 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coding AI Labs Ltd from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform, including violations of WhatsApp or data-protection laws.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
